Anabolic steroids may be controlled substances by law and are not allowed to own/use/distribute in your country without a prescription, therefore there is a small chance that your products may be seized by border customs (few packets out of 100 shipments get seized). We take several mesaures to minimize the risk such as sending your order in several packages. (Seizures are not possible with sachets, only vials and tabs).

If you do not receive ordered products within 30 business days, it most likely means that they were seized, in which case you will receive a seizure notice within 2 to 4 weeks, informing you that a package was sent to your address which was seized due to controlled pharmaceutical content. Letter asks you for a copy of your prescription, upon which you will receive your seized products. So if you may get a prescription, don't worry about seizures. If not, continue below:

You should wait 30 business days before contacting us about any undelivered product.

To US, Canada and Western Europe, our delivery is guaranteed and in a case of seizure we will cover of 50% of your loss (in the form of a discount coupon/store credit). This does not apply to any other countries.

If products get seized (only 2% possibility for USA and Canada, and <1% for Europe), we will cover part of your loss, and we can not get more fair. Shipment is in your risk once it passes your country/state border and at that point forward our job is done. PLEASE NOTE if shipment does not arrive in 30 business days it does not mean we have scammed you. It means that it is stuck at customs and they usually need at least 2 weeks to up to 3 months to send you a seizure notice letter. We will need a high detailed scan of that document (with the envelope) in order to cover the loss, that is the only way we can help you ( you need to prove that we did our job and we need it to have a proof you did not receive the products thus we can use our seizure policy).

Keep in mind that a +21 days delay can also occour due to shipping problems. Normally 80% of all airmail packages arrive under 12 days to any rural location, while 10-20% will arrive in 2-3 weeks and still few others will show up at around 30 working days. This is a reflection of inconsistencies with various postal representatives, and not services provided by us.
