We deliver to US, Canada, Europe, UK, South Africa, Japan, Singapur and South Korea (+ Australia & New Zealand). For all other destinations please contact us first. In average, delivery takes 10 business days. Products are sent out in one or few seperated parcels in padded envelopes from several European countries. Up to 3 products are put into one parcel and we charge you only one shipping cost. We ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion and are prepared with much care and precaution, specifically to minimize parcel size. With many years of experience we take great care to ensure the highest possibility of successful delivery for your packages so we send out only plain brown/yellow envelopes without any return address or info about your identity. We use unregistered international airmail service which does not require your signature.

We send out only high quality original brand name products, obtained from pharmacies. If you note any inconsistencies or if you are somehow suspicious with delivered products, take detailed photos and contact us to resolve the issue together.

Products are normally taken out of their original packaging and put in a plastic bag. If you want products in the original packaging, order only products with "Original Pack" marking.

If wrong, incomplete or expired products are received, the correct products will be reshipped free of charge, provided the wrong products are returned unopened and in re-saleable condition.

If ordering with a credit card, your shipping address should match the billing address on that credit card. If you want products to be delivered to another address, you need to provide is with some kind of a photo id (scanned passport or driver's license).

If you order with a credit card, it will take 12-48 hours to send out your products.
If any other payment method is used, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the address provided in your account with payment details (make sure our e-mail/domain is not blocked by your anti-spam software!). Once we receive and confirm your payment (3-7 business days), your products will be sent.

We use international airmail shipping method. This type of shipping does not require a signature. Normally 80% of all airmail packages arrive under 12 days to any location, while 10-20% will arrive in 2-3 weeks and still few others will show up at around 30 working days. This is a reflection of inconsistencies with various postal representatives, and not services provided by us. With this in mind, we kindly ask you not to contact us until you have waited full 30 days in a case when you do not receive your package. Shipping cost is 19 EUR ($23).

Delivery success rate to most popular destinatios, US and Canada, is 98% (2 seizures per 100 shipments). Rate for Europe is literally 100%, and for all other countries 95-98%. Only exceptions are New Zealand and Australia, which have about 50% shipping success rate.

Syringes and needles are sent from different location than all other products. Average delivery time for them is 2-4 weeks.

We can ship to P.O. Boxes.

We do not ship to APO (US military) addresses. If you want products sent to your APO location, please use an address of your family or friends and they can redirect the package to you.
